## People and ownership

- [ ] Passport or government ID for every required owner and controller
- [ ] Proof of residential address accepted by the provider
- [ ] Ownership percentages and control explanation
- [ ] Tax-residency information and requested forms
- [ ] Source-of-funds explanation for initial capital

## Business activity

- [ ] One-sentence description of what the company sells
- [ ] Website, product page, terms, privacy policy and contact details
- [ ] Customer geography and expected transaction countries
- [ ] Expected monthly volume, currencies, payment rails and average ticket
- [ ] Supplier, customer, invoice or contract evidence where available
- [ ] Explanation for restricted, regulated or higher-risk categories

## Address and operations

- [ ] Principal operating address and why it is used
- [ ] Registered-agent address clearly labelled as legal-notice address
- [ ] Mailbox or virtual-address limitations disclosed honestly
- [ ] Evidence of team, suppliers, inventory or workspace when relevant

## Application hygiene

- [ ] Every name, date, address and ownership figure matches the accepted records
- [ ] Country of residence is answered accurately
- [ ] No VPN, nominee, borrowed address or misleading business description
- [ ] Copy of the submitted application and provider correspondence saved
- [ ] Backup provider and funds-return plan documented before significant sales
