- Where do you live, and which country are your customers mostly in?
- What are you trying to solve first: formation, EIN, banking, payments, tax, compliance or growth?
- What has blocked you most: bank rejection, EIN delay, Stripe/PayPal access, confusing taxes, provider pricing or state choice?

Privacy rules before collection starts
The survey should help Borderless Founder decide what to publish and build next, not create avoidable privacy risk. These rules should be implemented before adding form fields or a survey provider.
- Save survey answers locally in the founder's browser until a real survey or email provider is selected.
- Do not send free-text answers, residence, blocker or provider choice to GA4.
- Track only generic survey_started and survey_completed events.
- Publish only aggregated patterns, not personal stories, unless explicit permission is granted.
- Let contributors request correction or deletion through the contact address.
How the research should improve the platform
Survey patterns should feed the monthly research loop: update existing guides first, add missing direct answers, improve Founder Path logic, expand the bank and compliance matrices, and create new pages only when no current page satisfies the intent.
