Every figure on this site traces to the body that sets it. State LLC fees come from each Secretary of State; federal tax rules from the IRS; beneficial-ownership rules from FinCEN; UK filing rules from Companies House and HMRC. Pages carry a visible last-checked date, and where sources genuinely conflict - Iowa’s filing fee is one - the page says so rather than picking a number and sounding confident.
Two corrections found during verification are published rather than quietly fixed: Kansas was listed at $160 when the official fee schedule shows $85 online, and Wyoming’s recurring cost was briefly shown as $120 by double-counting the annual report against the licence tax when they are the same $60 charge.
How does Borderless Founder make money?

It also declines to recommend the workarounds that circulate in founder communities - masking your location to pass a bank check, buying a verified payment account, or using an address you do not actually use. Those carry account closure and frozen-funds risk, and no amount of traffic justifies pointing readers at them.
