The operating rule is simple: start with real founder problems, not guessed topics. Search behavior, founder emails and the local survey should lead to useful assets: direct answers, guide updates, tools, data assets or partner-comparison updates.
- Collect at least 50 raw founder questions from Reddit, Quora, keyword tools, Search Console, site search and survey responses.
- Cluster the questions by pain point instead of by keyword wording, so duplicate intent is handled once.
- Update existing pages first when a strong page already satisfies the intent.
- Create a new guide, answer or data asset only when no existing route answers the question clearly.
- Add high-value short answers to the answer library and route users toward Founder Path, relevant tools and partner comparisons.
- Log factual changes that depend on provider policy, IRS, FinCEN, state, Companies House, HMRC or bank documentation.
This prevents thin duplication.
